3 Games to Play With Bubbles

There’s something endlessly appealing about bubbles. Big, small, plain, colored, DIY or store bought. Entertain kids of all ages (few can resist) with these games….

Note: We’re big on basic, uncomplicated bubble sets, like this one from Amazon. We lose and spill them often, so prefer not to invest in anything too expensive. Another option - make your own bubble solution with 6 parts water & 1 part dish soap.

Bubble Freeze Dance. Turn on the music, blow some bubbles & have kids dance and pop away. When the music stops, they have to freeze and resist the urge to pop bubbles.

Bubble Wand Race. (this requires a bubble wand, like this set). If you have two players, line each up at a start line. Have players blow a bubble, catch it in their wand and race to the finish line without dropping the bubble (if it falls, they start over). First to the finish line wins. If you have one player, time him or her doing the same thing - best time wins.

Bubble Tag. Thing regular tag, but with bubbles. Instead of touching someone to get them out, “tag” them with a bubble.
