Matzah Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 crushed matzahs

  • 1/2 cup coarse chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup safflower oil

  • 2 tbsps light brown sugar

  • 2 tbsps honey

  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped fruit

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Stir together matzahs, walnuts, oil, sugar, honey and salt.

  3. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.

  4. Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

  5. Break into smaller pieces.

  6. Stir in dried fruit.

  7. Enjoy!
