Matzah Granola
Blend with yogurt for a quick breakfast or snack. Recipe courtesy of Martha Stewart.
Ingredients
3 crushed matzahs
1/2 cup coarse chopped walnuts
1/4 cup safflower oil
2 tbsps light brown sugar
2 tbsps honey
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/2 cup chopped fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Stir together matzahs, walnuts, oil, sugar, honey and salt.
Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Break into smaller pieces.
Stir in dried fruit.
