Ingredients

  • Purple: 1/2 cup blueberries & 2 tbsps Greek yogurt

  • Green: 2 kiwis & 1 small handful of spinach

  • Yellow: 3 rounds of pineapple & 2 tbsps coconut milk

  • Orange: 1 orange, 1/2 banana, 1 raspberry

  • Red: 1/2 cup raspberries, 2 tbsps pomegranate juice, 2-3 strawberries

Directions

  1. Blend the ingredients for each layer separately in a blender, rinsing the blender between each layer

  2. Layer the smoothie by carefully spooning the mixture into a glass starting from the edges. Use small spoonfuls dropped gently in the circle
