2-Ingredient Bagels
Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour 
- 1-2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
- Toppings: 1 large egg, sea salt, water, poppy seeds 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375˚F. 
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet & coat with cooking spray. 
- In a large bowl, use spatula to combine the flour and one cup of the yogurt until the mixture clumps to a shaggy dough. Add yogurt until you have a good consistency that is not quite sticky. 
- Dump the mixture onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough by hand for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. 
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Shape each portion into a ball & use your thumb to make a hole in the center of each one. 
- Arrange the shaped bagels on the prepared sheet. Mix egg with salt & water to create an egg wash. Brush over bagels, top with any desired toppings. 
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, rotating the baking sheet midway through baking. 
- Remove tray from oven & increase temp to 450. 
- Bake for another 3-4 minutes.
