Create Blankets For Kids in Need

We all understand the power of a security blanket. National nonprofit Project Linus extends that power to kids throughout the country. They provide homemade blankets to kids in homeless shelters, hospitals and other places of need. You & your family can become “blanketeers” by creating a handmade blanket.

No expertise required - Project Linus provides 20+ patterns for inspiration and step-by-step instructions. At least two of the patterns require no sewing at all. Click here to browse patterns or here for an easy tutorial from The Spruce.

Once your blanket is complete, click here to find a blanket drop-off site. You can read more about Project Linus here.
