Olympic Torch Cake Pops
Materials
1 16oz package CandiQuik Candy Coating
1 box cake mix
8oz frosting
Orange food coloring
Waffle cones
8 red fruit roll-ups
Directions
Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on box, cool.
Crumble cooled cake into a large bowl. Use fingers to mix thoroughly with frosting
Chill for approximately 2 hours
Chop the top of the waffle cones off, so the cones measure approximately 2 ½ in
Roll cake mixture into medium sized balls and chill for 30 min
Melt CandiQuik, stir in orange food coloring until your get your color
Press a cake ball on top of the mini waffle cone. Dip the top into the CandiQuik, allow excess to drip off
Apply the flame-shaped fruit pieces
