Red, White & Blue Ice Pops
Materials
1 cup blueberries and/or blackberries
1 cup strawberries and/or raspberries
Ice cream
Milk
Honey
Directions
Simmer the red berries and 2 tsps honey in a small pot to simmer. Mush berries with a spoon until melted and juicy.
Add to blender with 1 tbsp ice cream, blend.
Fill cup about 1/3 of the way with mixture, freeze for 45 min.
Blend 1 cup of ice cream, 1/4 cup milk and a 1/4 tsp honey. Fill cups 1/3 with that mixture and freeze for 45 minutes.
Repeat the same process with the blueberries. Fill final layer of cups, add popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 3 hours - enjoy!
