Campfire Cookies

Materials

• Round sugar cookies

• Chocolate frosting

• Crushed Oreos

• Chocolate candy rocks (like these)

• Coconut flakes

• Small pretzel rods

• Food coloring

Directions

1. Prep coconut. Separate into 3 bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl (one each of red, yellow & orange). Stir until color is distributed. Bake on a baking sheet at 350 for 5-8 min, stirring once, until lightly toasted. Cool completely.

2. Frost sugar cookies with chocolate frosting

3. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.

4. Line the outside edge of cookie with rock candy. Sprinkle cooled coconut in the middle and prop up 3-4 pretzel rods
