Secret Message for Dads

Materials

  • Turmeric

  • Baking Soda

  • Rubbing alcohol

  • Water

  • Measuring jug

  • Measuring spoon

  • Bowl/cup

  • Paintbrush

  • Paper

  • Drying Rack

Directions

  1. Mix 1 tsp of Baking Soda with 1/2 cup water, this is now your invisible ink

  2. Using paintbrushes decorate your paper with a picture and message for Dad

  3. Let it dry

  4. Give dad the blank piece of paper

  5. When he’s ready to reveal his message, mix 1 tsp of turmeric with 1/2 cup of rubbing alcohol.
