Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 10oz package mini marshmallows

  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

  • 3 quarts popped popcorn

  • 1 cup dried cranberries or toffee bits (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large heavy pot over low heat

  2. Add marshmallows and brown sugar and stir until melted. Remove from heat

  3. Add and cranberries or toffee if using to pot, toss well

  4. With buttered hands, shape popcorn mix into 2 1/2-inch balls

  5. Set on parchment lined baking sheet to dry slightly
