Sips over Snacks Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat mylk (or any milk of your choice) 

  • 1 cup frozen pineapples 

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 

  • 1/2 red apple (you can sub out a 1/2 avocado for more healthy fat/less sugar) 

  • 1 orange

  • 1 handful frozen or fresh spinach

  • 1 tbsp bee pollen (optional for added health benefits) 

Directions

  1. Blend together until smooth
