Sips over Snacks Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup oat mylk (or any milk of your choice)
1 cup frozen pineapples
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 red apple (you can sub out a 1/2 avocado for more healthy fat/less sugar)
1 orange
1 handful frozen or fresh spinach
1 tbsp bee pollen (optional for added health benefits)
Directions
Blend together until smooth
