Shamrock Shake Pie
Ingredients
2 3.4oz vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
8oz Cool Whip
1/2 tsp mint extract
16 drops green food coloring
Graham cracker crust
Whipped cream & maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and the milk until well combined. Add Cool Whip, mint extract and food coloring.
Pour the mixture into a pre-made pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set, about four hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped cream and a cherry
