Ingredients

  • 2 3.4oz vanilla instant pudding mix

  • 2 cups milk

  • 8oz Cool Whip

  • 1/2 tsp mint extract

  • 16 drops green food coloring

  • Graham cracker crust

  • Whipped cream & maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and the milk until well combined. Add Cool Whip, mint extract and food coloring.

  2. Pour the mixture into a pre-made pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set, about four hours or overnight.

  3. Serve with whipped cream and a cherry
