Salsa Bread
A perfect pair for soups or chili
Ingredients
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 sour cream
1/2 avocado oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside
In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, cumin, sour cream, avocado oil and eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
