Crunchy Roasted Green Peas

Crunch, slightly sweet and crowd pleasing snack, courtesy of Super Healthy Kids

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas, frozen

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Allow the peas to thaw, then blot them with a paper towel.

  3. Place them in a bowl and add oil and garlic salt.  Stir to coat evenly.

  4. Spread peas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then shake and stir them around to make sure they are cooking evenly.

  6. Let cool before serving.
