Gluten-Free Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cubes
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
16 fresh strawberries
Ice cube tray (we like this one)
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together melted chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Spoon a layer of chocolate mixture into the bottom of each ice cube mold, then top each with a strawberry, stem side-up. Spoon remaining chocolate mixture over strawberries.
Freeze until chocolate is solid, 4 to 5 hours.
