Churro Chips
Ingredients
6 medium flour tortillas
4 tbsps butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
Toss tortillas in butter, making sure both sides are coated.
In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Working in batches, toss tortillas in cinnamon sugar.
Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on pan 5 minutes before serving.
