Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Overnight Oats

A perfect weekend recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Optional toppings - mini chocolate chips, honey, banana slices

Directions  

  1. In a mason jar or sealable container, add the oats, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds and banana. Stir together.

  2. Seal and place in the refrigerator overnight for up to five days.

  3. Top  with additional banana slices, chocolate chips and honey if desired
