Banana Yogurt Smoothie
Simple, fresh and loaded with fruit, vitamins and low fat dairy. Makes for a great breakfast or snack. Little ones can peel & break up bananas and load the blender (then parents will blend).
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen banana slices or one medium banana cut up
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blend
Blend until smooth
