Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Simple, fresh and loaded with fruit, vitamins and low fat dairy. Makes for a great breakfast or snack. Little ones can peel & break up bananas and load the blender (then parents will blend).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices or one medium banana cut up

  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blend

  • Blend until smooth
