Banana Oat & Blueberry Waffles
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
Directions
Place the dry ingredients (flour, oats cinnamon and baking powder) into a large mixing bowl. Mix so they’re evenly distributed.
Place the bananas, milk, and eggs in a blender, blend.
Add the smoothie mix to the dry ingredients, mix with a wooden spoon.
Stir in blueberries.
Prepare your waffle & cook per your iron’s instructions.
