Banana Oat & Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

  1. Place the dry ingredients (flour, oats cinnamon and baking powder) into a large mixing bowl. Mix so they’re evenly distributed.

  2. Place the bananas, milk, and eggs in a blender, blend.

  3. Add the smoothie mix to the dry ingredients, mix with a wooden spoon.

  4. Stir in blueberries.

  5. Prepare your waffle & cook per your iron’s instructions.
