Brown Sugar Asparagus

Ingredients
3 tbsps unsalted butter
3 tbsps brown sugar
1lb asparagus
Directions
Cut the tough ends off asparagus, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add asparagus and saute for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until bright green and tender; cook longer if a softer asparagus is desired.
