Materials

  • 1 green pipe cleaner

  • 5 purple pipe cleaners

  • 1 yellow pipe cleaner

  • Plastic pony beads

  • White glue

Directions

  1. Thread 10-15 pony beads onto each purple pipe cleaner

  2. Twist together the ends of each pipe cleaner to make the petals. You should end up with 5 teardrop-shaped petals.

  3. Lay the end of one of the petals over the long green pipe cleaner, leaving about 1.5 inches of green pipe cleaner at the end.

  4. Then twist the ends of each petal around the green pipe cleaner to hold them in place. Try not to leave any green pipe cleaner showing between petals.

  5. Cross the 1.5 inch end of the green pipe cleaner over the longer end of the green pipe cleaner.

  6. Twist the 1.5 inch green pipe cleaner end around the stem. Continue twisting the pipe cleaner down the stem until the entire 1.5 inch end has been twisted in.

  7. Pinch the end of the yellow pipe cleaner and roll it into a tight spiral.

  8. Use glue to attach the yellow spiral to the middle of the flower
