Calm Down Jar

Materials

• An empty clear jar

• Dish soap

• Glitter

• Glue or glue gun

• Decorations (beads, gems, balls, etc)

Directions

1. Clean your bottle & remove labels

2. Fill the bottle with 3/4 cup warm water

3. Drop in glitter & decorations

4. Fill the rest of the bottle with dish soap

5. Put lid on & shake

6. Secure lid with glue
